Tianjin Yinfeng's self-developed Endless Welding Mesh Machine represents a world-first innovation, effectively solving the challenges associated with manual binding of prefabricated reinforcement meshes. This machine can reduce the workforce required for steel processing and binding by over 40 personnel. Evaluated by experts from the Hubei Technology Exchange, the technology has been recognized as reaching an overall international advanced level. Furthermore, the Endless Welding Mesh Machine was honored with the "Customer Favorite New Equipment Award" at the 2023 China Concrete Exhibition's New Products, Technologies, and Materials Promotion Conference. In collaboration with the Architectural Society of China, CSCEC Science and Technology, and Hebei University of Technology, Yinfeng co-authored the prefabricated construction training manuals "Intelligent Processing Technology for Steel Products" and "Digital Twin and Intelligent Steel Processing Technology. The digital twin cloud platform developed by Yinfeng and HEBUT can read CAD drawings and convert them into equipments for automatic processing. It can convert information in drawings into material codes and transmit them to MES software, saving a lot of manual entry work. The digital twin cloud platform has won the special prize in the second "New Infrastructure Cup" China Intelligent Construction and BIM Application Competition.
